Tell us about a delivery you had doubts about.

The most useful first conversation we have is not a demo. It is one real shipment — a lot you were unsure of, a recall that took a week, a distributor argument you lost because the paperwork was theirs. Send us that, and we will walk it through Saydalia with you.

Send us the details

Every field marked required is one we genuinely need to give you a useful answer instead of a brochure. Nothing here goes to a mailing list.

Please tell us who you are.

Please give us the organisation name.

A work address helps us route you to the right conversation. We reply from a person, not a no-reply address.

Please enter a valid email address, for example name@company.com.

Please choose the closest description.

Dispensing points, not warehouses. An estimate is fine.

Please enter a whole number between 1 and 5000.

The more specific the shipment, the more useful the first call. Product names and lot numbers are welcome but never necessary.

Please add a line or two so we know what to prepare.

This is a pre-launch demonstration form. It does not transmit anywhere — email us directly and we will answer properly.

What happens after you send this

  1. Within one working day A reply from one of the two people building Saydalia — not a sales sequence, not a calendar link with no context.
  2. A 30-minute call We walk your shipment: where the logger data sits today, who signs for deliveries, what your last recall actually cost in hours.
  3. A written summary What Saydalia would and would not have changed about that shipment, in plain language, including the parts where the answer is “nothing”.
  4. Then a decision Founding-cohort scope and pricing if it fits, or an honest “not yet” if it does not. We would rather lose the conversation than oversell a pre-launch product.

Working hours are 09:00–17:00 Sunday to Thursday, UTC+3. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next working morning; we do not pretend to a 24/7 desk we do not staff.

What to have ready

None of this is required, and we will not chase you for it. It just makes the first call sharper.

  • One shipment Product, approximate date, and what went wrong or nearly did.
  • Your distributors How many, and whether any of them already put a logger in the box.
  • Your receiving reality Who signs for a delivery at a branch, and what they check today.
  • Your last recall How long it took to answer “which branches got this lot”, honestly.
Before you write

Three things worth knowing up front.

We are pre-launch, and we say so

Saydalia has not shipped. There is no free trial link at the end of this page because there is nothing to log into yet. What there is: a working product being built with a small founding cohort, and founders who will tell you exactly which parts exist today.

What we do with what you send

Your message goes to the founders and nowhere else. We do not sell, share or enrich it, and we do not need patient data to have this conversation — please do not send any. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we delete it.

Distributors are welcome here too

Saydalia works best when both ends of the hand-off are on it, and we know the excursion record cuts both ways. If you move pharmaceutical stock and would rather the argument be settled by data than by whoever shouts louder, tell us what your dispatch system can export.

Also asked

Questions we get by email.

Can you talk to our quality or regulatory affairs lead directly?

Yes, and we prefer it. The person who has to defend a storage record in an inspection asks better questions than the person who signs the invoice. Put them on the call, or ask them to write to us at hello@saydaliachain.com with the awkward questions first.

We are a single pharmacy, not a chain. Is this for us?

Probably not yet, and we would rather say so. Saydalia is built around the transfer — depot to branch, branch to branch — and a single site with one distributor gets a fraction of the value at the same per-branch price. Write to us anyway if you receive high-value fridge lines regularly; that is the case where the maths can still work.

Do you need access to our ERP before a first conversation?

No. Nothing needs to be connected for the first call, and we will not ask for credentials, exports or a data-sharing agreement to have a thirty-minute conversation about one shipment. Integration questions come later, in writing, with your IT people in the room.

Which languages do you work in?

Arabic and English, both fluently, in writing and on calls. The product interface is being built bilingual from the start rather than translated afterwards — including right-to-left layout, which is a design decision and not a settings toggle.

Every vial, every degree, every hand it passed through.

If a shipment came to mind while you were reading this page, that is the one to write to us about.
